It's another cold morning in the Ottawa valley.

It looks like the winter is on the way, as when I went out for my morning walk, it was snowing. Really odd, walking for exercise in the snow!

I woke up this morning feeling some refreshed and rested. This is due to the fact that I got to bed relatively early last night, around 10:45 pm (right after taking my insulin injection), and sleeping for a good 7-1/2 hours.
